Annual Memberships
You’ve probably heard this advice over and over again from your friends: If you really want to get better at golf, you need to play more often. One way to get to play more frequently is join a golf club, a place where you get a break on green fees and also meet great friends who can make up the perfect foursome on a regular basis.
At Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club we have a membership plan that offers you great benefits on golf and recreation at our clubhouse. This is called an Annual Membership. These non-voting, non-equity memberships are available at very reasonable annual costs.
As an Annual Member you have the opportunity to enjoy our recreational facilities:A fitness center, family-style swimming area, lap pool, Jacuzzi, four lighted-tennis courts and of course our wonderful club house dining room. Even if members of your family don’t golf, they’ll want to try out our pools and spa.
Membership Categories & Annual Rates
Cypress Woods has three types of annual memberships available. Whether it’s golf your interested in or just social activities and fitness amenities, Cypress Woods has the membership available to suit your needs!
Annual Single Membership:
$2,500 plus tax with no food minimum requirement. Includes Golf Membership (member is responsible for cart fee), access to all Member and Guest Social Dining Events, Lap Pool, Swimming Pool, and Spa, Fitness Center, Lighted Tennis Courts and all current membership discounts available in our restaurant and pro shop.
Annual Family Membership:
$3,000 plus tax with no food minimum requirement. Includes Golf Membership (member is responsible for cart fee), access to all Member and Guest Social Dining Events, Lap Pool, Swimming Pool, and Spa, Fitness Center, Lighted Tennis Courts and all current membership discounts available in our restaurant and pro shop.
Annual Social Membership:
$500.00 plus tax with no food minimum requirement. Includes access to all Member and Guest Social Dining Events, Lap Pool, Swimming Pool, and Spa, Fitness Center, and Lighted Tennis Courts.
Applications:
Applications for membership are subject to availability and acceptance by Cypress Woods Golf & Country Club Master Property Association Inc. All Memberships are non-refundable and non– transferable.
